Class Division Between MySpace and Facebook

  1. Well, that’s not exactly surprising, given that Facebook started out as a way for college students to stay in touch with each other.

  2. What’s surprising is that this ethnographer bothered to publish this at all. Boyd gathered all of her data from an observational perspective, culminating her findings from a collection of case studies. Perhaps she had some grant money she needed to use up.
